Monthly Wellness Sessions +

1 Hour experiential sessions that relax and calm the nervous system.

SKY Breath Meditation +

3 – session, interactive program in which HCPs learn the proprietary, research-backed SKY technique, shown to work against the negative effects of burnout. Learn more.

SKY Community +

Ongoing group practice sessions to keep the community connected and experience the full range of benefits of the SKY program.

Continuing Education Credits +

Healthcare professionals can earn 10 CE credits for taking the SKY program (CME, CNE, APA, ASWB, ACPE, CDR, and Dentist accreditation).
