Healing Breaths offers healthcare professionals the opportunity to experience deep rest and healing and build personal resilience while earning CE credits.

Join our free 1-hour, LIVE session, for healthcare professionals. You’ll be able to interact with one of our SKY Breath Meditation instructors. They’ll guide you through an experiential exercise, and you’ll be able to learn about the benefits of breathing and meditation techniques.

Healing Breaths offers the SKY Program in which people can learn powerful evidence-based breathing techniques that facilitate the release of deep stress and harmonize the body and mind.
